Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select your return reason.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email.
Pack Your Wrap
Place the unwashed, unworn Moby Wrap in its original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
